Moodle Resources

Moodle in 15 Minutes is a course management system. It offers tools and support, course-related activities—document upload and sharing, discussion boards, blogs, gradebook, assignment upload, calendar, etc. Moodle, by default, provides primary organization by topic or by week. Links to all course assignments, documents, etc. are then created automatically. Moodle is arranged as one long page broken into sections (by topic or by week).
Would you like to become more proficient at using Moodle or would you like to begin using Moodle? Check out this 15-minute video tutorial series, taking you through every step from the syllabus to the gradebook to advanced assignment uploads. This will give you a quick view of each component. Reading Logs.com

Thanks to DeeDee Finison for recommending this site!
What is Reading Logs?
" ReadingLogs.com (for 5-12 year olds) is a modern learning environment supported by learning tools like a listen and spell practice system, built in access to a dictionary, and  an electronic reading log.
This is a place where teachers can go to upload reading, spelling and vocabulary homework and where students can go to complete assignments. Assignments can be printed or submitted online.
ReadingLogs.com encourages reading and makes learning more enjoyable. The Listen & Spell practice system speaks the words in a spelling list, so that students can listen, spell the words, and check their spelling. Students can also print spelling lists and other study material. Vocabulary words can be printed on ordinary paper and pasted onto 3x5 index cards or printed directly onto card stock.
Our objective is to encourage reading and to make spelling and vocabulary homework more enjoyable."
Students may also access the words list on iPod / iPhone / iPad and practice their spelling and vocabulary skills on the go. This means more learning opportunities and thus more learning!
